Hello! My name is Eric LU (also known as Sippa), a Hong Kong-raised, Japan-inspired and Melbourne-based photographer and blogger. The word "Sip-pa 攝爸" homophones "photographing-dad" in Cantonese, precisely describing my passion and profession in photographing kids & families.
Oh yes, I love kids. As a father of two young angels, it's not only my job but also my passion to take great photos involving kids.
Debuted in 2017 in Hong Kong as a freelance photographer specialising in outdoor family photography, I have moved to Australia in 2019.
Since then, I have proudly established my own photography studio in Thomastown and acquired Tour Operator License for insured and complianced charter services with photography element.
Since graduating from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with Philosophy & Japanese Studies, I have been working in Japanese companies for years and heavily influenced by the Japanese work ethic and standard, which I would condensed in one-word "Honour".
I provide my service with honour and care, taking pride on my delivery. Very luckily I have always been gifted to great customers, and new great customers referred by existing great customers. It becomes my mission to repay the kindness with the best works.
Beside photography, I also love travelling (especially to Taiwan, Japan & France), stargazing, bird-watching and Gumpla-assembling. Talk to me when you are also interested when we meet!

What language(s) do you speak?
I speak Cantonese as mother language, and also provide service with fluent English, Japanese & Mandarin.
Do you provide transportation?
Yes. Apart from being a photographer, I am also a Licensed Tour Operator in Victoria.
Transportation to/from filming location using insurance covered vehicle & driver can be provided with addition cost. You may also consider my photography tours.
I have a studio in Thomastown VIC3074 which is 300m from Keon Parade Train Station. Private parking space for customer available.
Can you recommend any good locations?
Yes. As a Licensed Tour Operator, I have a huge advantage to acquire updated first-hand information of seasonal attractions and I am very familiar with locations suitable for photography, popular & hidden-gem included.
